The Atlanta Braves had an exciting Friday night, defeating the Philadelphia Phillies in an 11-inning thriller to take game one of the weekend series. Drake Baldwin was the man of the hour and delivered a walk-off to give the Braves the 6-5 edge.
Baldwin’s double capped off an 11-hit night for the Atlanta offense as the Braves collected their 87th win of the season. With a five-game lead in the NL East, the series continues tonight at 7:15 ET.
