I apologize there was no Open Thread yesterday, I have been experiencing some technical difficulties. For the time being, Ms. Marilyn Dubinski has graciously offered to post the OT for me. Without further ado:
On Friday, Spurs guard De’Aaron Fox released his new Fox 3 shoes through the Under Armour brand. The $125 sneakers are lighter and more responsive than its predecessor.
“Every version of my signature shoe has gotten better because we keep learning from how I move and what I need on the court,” Fox shared.
The “Gamer” edition has a bright colorway to parallel Fox’s love of video games. This latest edition, which he premiered during Playoffs, weighs under 12 ounces due in prt to a mesh covering. The shoe has been modified with charged cushioning, a thermoplastic polyurethane shank for support, and a rubberless sole for cushioning and bottom grip, designed by Under Armour to respond to Fox’s speed and sudden directional changes. While the shoes are designed to elevate your game, they do not guarantee a speed increase in your downhill game.
