O’Shaquie Foster believes Raymond Ford did exactly what he expected.
After Ford shoved Foster during their final face-off Thursday ahead of Saturday’s WBC super featherweight title fight in Houston, the champion mocked the incident on social media and suggested his challenger had been planning the move for days.
Damn hope that made you feel better son son!!! How you push me and almost fly off the stage weak ass lil boy lol he been thinking bout that shit for days now.

The shove came moments after the two fighters completed a heated final press conference that featured several verbal exchanges between both camps.
Throughout the event, Foster repeatedly portrayed Raymond as the more emotionally invested fighter.
“They so nervous they can’t be quiet for a second. I see why he’s so emotional. All that talking, all that rah rah s***, it’s going to get shut down real quick,” said Foster.
The face-off appeared to reinforce Foster’s argument in the eyes of at least one observer.
“That’s a crack in the armor, in my opinion. Emotional, man. If you can’t check your emotion in this face-off, you’re not going to check it in the 36 minutes of fighting,” said DAZN commentator Sergio Mora, criticizing Ford’s decision to shove the champion.
Ford is attempting to become a two-division world champion after moving up from featherweight, while Foster will make another defense of the WBC title he reclaimed against Robson Conceicao.
Saturday’s main event headlines Matchroom Boxing’s first card in Houston, with both fighters entering after months of increasingly personal exchanges. Thursday’s shove added one more moment to a buildup that Foster believes has already revealed who is feeling the pressure.
