Motocaddy has strengthened its position at the forefront of hands free golf technology with the launch of three new remote control electric trolleys for 2026.
The world leading electric trolley brand has unveiled the M7 GPS Remote, M7 Remote and ME Remote for golfers in the UK and Ireland, expanding its remote control offering at a time when demand for hands free performance continues to surge.
According to Motocaddy, remote models accounted for 46 per cent of its electric trolley sales last year, with remote sales rising by 44 per cent overall.
Marketing Director Oliver Churcher said the new line up offers game changing features across a range of price points.
“These new trolleys take our remote control range to the next level as we offer golfers a selection of game changing features at different price points,” he said. “The brand new M7 GPS Remote is the world’s most advanced electric golf trolley, with upgraded styling and a giant leap in GPS technology. Similarly, the new M7 Remote debuts a bigger screen with enhanced functionality, while the significantly upgraded ME Remote delivers our award winning remote technology at an entry level price point.”
Flagship M7 GPS Remote sets new benchmark
At the top of the range sits the multi award winning M7 GPS Remote, which features fully integrated GPS through a responsive 3.5 inch touchscreen display and more than 40000 pre loaded courses.
The model includes high performance GPS technology with full hole mapping, dynamic green view, front middle and back distances, drag and drop target planning and hazard information. Golfers also receive smartphone alerts via Bluetooth, lifetime GPS mapping and super fast Wi Fi for over the air updates.
New for 2026 is the ability to personalise the GPS interface with shortcuts to preferred features. Users can choose between 2D and 3D mapping, including 3D hole flyovers and panning, along with portrait or landscape views and radial distance markers. Light or dark display modes, round and lost ball timers and a clock are also included.
The trolley has been developed using virtual reality, rapid prototyping and artificial intelligence technologies, and features the brand’s Click N Connect cable free Lithium battery system with automatic power off when folded. A retractable rear anti tip wheel can remain attached for folding.
The M7 GPS Remote will be available from March at an RRP of £1499.99.
M7 Remote enhances award winning performance
Also refreshed for 2026 is the M7 Remote, which delivers a remote range of more than 100 metres and introduces a new 2.8 inch widescreen display.
The updated model includes drive, round and lifetime distance readings, a clock and round timer, plus a new Cartlock PIN code security feature. Golfers can switch between remote and handle control modes and benefit from pause, resume and emergency stop functions.
Like the flagship model, it features Downhill Control, which automatically regulates speed on slopes, and Adaptive Terrain Stability technology that monitors wheel speed and load to maintain straight line tracking and stability.
Dual rotating front wheels improve manoeuvrability, while the Easilock bag to trolley connection system removes the need for a lower bag strap when used with a Motocaddy bag.
The M7 Remote will also be available from March, priced at £1299.99.
ME Remote offers accessible entry point
The new ME Remote provides an accessible entry into remote control technology, offering responsive forward, left, right and reverse navigation with a range of more than 100 metres.
Significantly upgraded for 2026, it adopts Motocaddy’s modern sporty styling and now features the Click N Connect cable free battery with automatic disconnect and integrated charging port.
It also includes Downhill Control, Adaptive Terrain Stability, a retractable rear anti tip wheel, a high power 28V system and twin rotating front tyres.
The ME Remote will be available from March at an RRP of £1099.99 and comes with a new 24 month trolley warranty.
Across all three models, Motocaddy continues to focus on hands free convenience, intelligent terrain control and integrated technology as remote control trolleys become an increasingly common sight on fairways across the UK and Ireland.
