Enzo Fernandez nearly suffers horror wardrobe malfunction as he strips while wildly celebrating Chelsea win vs West Ham

Nuno Espirito Santo’s men looked on course for a third Premier League win on the bounce and fourth in all competitions after racing into a two goal lead.

But Liam Rosenior’s troops rallied in the second period and turned the game on its head with Fernandez hitting the winner two minutes into injury-time.

As he roared in delight and bounced around as he celebrated wildly, he pulled down on his shorts and it nearly turned into a moment to forget.

His underwear moved slightly but not enough for him to accidently flash those supporters in front of him and the TV cameras, in a huge sigh of relief moment, even if he wasn’t showing it in that exact moment.

Chelsea ratings vs West Ham: Pedro is Blues’ saviour off bench again but hooked Garnacho is woeful

JOAO PEDRO came off the bench to inspire a stunning 3-2 comeback win for Chelsea against West Ham.

The striker found himself on the bench despite scoring twice in the Blues’ Champions League victory at Napoli earlier this week.

But he turned the game on its head when he was introduced at the break, after Jarrod Bowen and Crysencio Summerville had given West Ham a two-goal advantage.

Pedro got the comeback up and running before fellow sub Marc Cucurella levelled matters.

Pedro then set up Enzo Fernandez for a dramatic stoppage time winner to leave West Ham, who ended the contest with ten men after Jean-Clair Todibo’s red card, empty-handed.

SunSport’s Jack Rosser has given his ratings of the Blues players…

Jarrod Bowen got the Hammers up and running after just seven minutes before team-mate Crysencio Summerville added a brilliant second.

The Hammers – fighting for top flight survival – were in dream land and held a 2-0 lead at the break.

Just before the hour, Joao Pedro, on at the break, pulled a goal back for Chelsea before fellow sub Marc Cucurella levelled with 20 minutes to play.

It set up a grandstand finish at the Bridge and it was that man Fernandez who secured the points to lift the Blues into fourth and the Champions League spots in incredible fashion.

The drama didn’t stop there though with both sets of players involved in a mass brawl after the last-gasp winner.

Jean-Clair Todibo was sent off for the visitors for STRANGLING Pedro.

The ugly melee erupted late on when Adama Traore shoved Cucurella, sparking a scrap involving almost every player on the pitch.

Todibo, 26, lost his head and pinned Pedro against the advertising hoardings with both hands clamed around his throat.

Anthony Taylor was the man in the middle and the official brandished a straight red card with the incident reviewed by VAR.

Speaking on Sky Sports as part of the commentary team for the showdown, pundit Gary Neville said of Todibo: “At one point he’s got a hold on his neck and it looks like he’s trying to eat him”

Back on the pitch, Enzo’s winner against West Ham was on his third anniversary of signing for the club from Benfica on deadline day, and it was his 150th appearance for the team.

He was the signing that really kickstarted the BlueCo era in South West London.

His new agency have been tasked with securing him an improved deal at Chelsea, with he, Levi Colwill, and Moises Caicedo all after better terms following excellent performances.

PSG have shown an interest in the midfielder, but he is reluctant to go there and has shown his commitment and love of Chelsea several times this season – his passion has made him a fan favourite at the Bridge.

That new contract though may be harder to secure than expected, with the West Londoners needing to grow their revenue in order to increase wages because of Uefa’s financial controls.
