GOAL machine Erling Haaland celebrates after matches by tucking into giant roast dinners with Yorkshire puddings and all the trimmings.
The Manchester City star scoffs up to six meals a day — and cooks his roasts on a grill in his garden.
Haaland, 25, with 18 goals in all competitions this season, posted a snap of his meal, with a bowl of Yorkies.
And close pal Sander Berge — who plays for Fulham — has revealed that they meet for Sunday roast dinners.
He said: “We just eat good food, have a laugh . . . Sunday roast, roasted potatoes, gravy, Yorkshire puddings.
“We have a good time. It’s nice to have a fellow Norwegian, a special character.”
Haaland’s father, former Leeds United footballer Alf-Inge, previously said his son was following the diet of Portugal star Cristiano Ronaldo after ex-Manchester United left-back Patrice Evra mentioned it.
Haaland senior said: “I had to be determined to make it in the game.
“But Erling made all the sacrifices, leaving home at 16, and he is a lot more professional than I was.
“He was told a story by Patrice Evra about a lunch he had with Ronaldo and Cristiano just had fish.
“Erling now tries to do the same things because Ronaldo is still at the top of the game, so it shows the value of doing the right things.”
And fellow Norwegian team-mate Joshua King revealed the insane eating habits and portion sizes that keep the 6ft 4in star in such tip-top shape.
Speaking on former Wrexham goalkeeper Ben Foster’s YouTube channel in 2021, King said: “He’s just a freak. I’ve never ever seen anyone eat as much as he does.”
King said Haaland “eats like a bear”, which helps to maintain his imposing physique and gives a physical edge over the opposition.
