THOMAS TUCHEL called up three Premier League wonderkids to train with England this week.
The Three Lions boss is preparing for a friendly against Wales tomorrow.
And on Tuesday, England will continue their World Cup qualifying campaign with a trip to Latvia.
Tuchel’s men have been preparing for the double header at their St George’s Park training base.
But the German has also taken the opportunity to hand some vital experience to three young talents.
Manchester United midfielder Shea Lacey, Chelsea centre-back Harrison Murray-Campbell and Man City full-back Lakyle Samuel were all involved in senior training on Wednesday.
The trio are seen as three of the brightest prodigies in the land.
And Tuchel has clearly been impressed by their impacts with England’s youth sides.
United ace Lacey, 18, can play on the wing or as a No10 and had trained with England’s seniors during last month’s international break.
He is yet to make a senior appearance for the Red Devils but is highly thought of at Old Trafford.
As for Murray-Campbell, the 19-year-old made his Chelsea bow in last season’s Conference League win over Shamrock Rovers.
And with the Blues struggling in defence under Enzo Maresca, he may yet get another chance.
Meanwhile, 19-year-old Samuel is still waiting for his Man City debut despite captaining their U18s in the 2023/24 season.
He is currently on loan at League Two Bromley and hopes to get some crucial first-team minutes under his belt.
