‘Please God… no’ – Man Utd fans terrified after seeing first pic of Senne Lammens at Old Trafford

MANCHESTER UNITED fans are terrified after seeing the first photo of new signing Senne Lammens.

The goalkeeper has been announced after finalising a deadline day deal.

He put pen to paper on a five-year deal, joining from Royal Antwerp for £18million.

Lammens has now been unveiled as a Red Devil but his photos at Old Trafford have caused alarm.

That is because his agent bears a striking similarity to former manager Erik ten Hag.

One fan reacted saying: “His agent looks like Erik Ten Hag. Please God, not that man again😂😂😂😂😂”

Another added: “My heart skipped a beat man.”

A third wrote: “Why does his agent look like Erik Ten Hag?”

And another commented: “For a second, I thought that was Ten Hag!”

Ten Hag won the Carabao Cup and FA Cup with United before his sacking in October 2024.

He was fired again this week, by Bayer Leverkusen, after just three matches in charge.

The Dutchman said following his dismissal: “The decision by Bayer Leverkusen’s management to suspend me this morning came as a complete surprise.

“Saying goodbye to a coach after just two league games is unprecedented.

“This summer, many key players who were part of previous successes left the squad. Building a new, cohesive team is a careful process that requires both time and trust.

“A new coach deserves the space to implement his vision, set the standards, shape the squad, and put his stamp on the playing style.

“I took on this role with complete conviction and energy, but unfortunately, management wasn’t willing to give me the time and trust I needed, something I deeply regret.

“I feel this has never been a relationship based on mutual trust.

“Throughout my career, I’ve been able to finish every season as a coach, which has brought success. Clubs that placed their trust in me have been rewarded with success and trophies.

“Finally, I would like to thank the Bayer Leverkusen supporters for their warmth and passion, and I wish the squad and staff every success for the remainder of the season.”
