England squad revealed for Serbia and Andorra with Trent DROPPED, first call-up for two stars and no Grealish or Walker

THOMAS TUCHEL has announced his 23-man England squad for the upcoming international break.

Full-back Trent Alexander-Arnold, who quit Liverpool to join Real Madrid in a free transfer this summer, has been dropped.

The 26-year-old lost his starting place for Los Blancos last week to Dani Carvajal and is now expected to play back-up for the foreseeable future.

His difficult start to the La Liga season has resulted in him missing out on a place in the England squad.

Jack Grealish, who signed for Everton on loan from Manchester City earlier this month, also misses out.

Burnley defender Kyle Walker is another name absent.

Meanwhile, Nottingham Forest midfielder Elliot Anderson has been listed in the squad for the first time.

Tottenham full-back Djed Spence also earns a maiden call-up for the senior team.

Tino Livramento, John Stones, Adam Wharton, Jarrod Bowen and Marcus Rashford are among the other names introduced.

Cole Palmer, Jude Bellingham, Levi Colwill and Bukayo Saka miss out due to injury.

Fresh from a prolific start to the Bundesliga season, Harry Kane will captain the Three Lions against Andorra and Serbia next month.

Jordan Henderson keeps his place in the squad following his move to Brentford.

Declan Rice, Morgan Rogers and Morgan Gibbs-White complete the midfield.

Eberechi Eze, Anthony Gordon, Noni Madueke and Ollie Watkins are among the other attackers involved.

Dan Burn, Marc Guehi, Reece James, Ezri Konsa and Myles Lewis-Skelly are among the defenders.

And goalkeepers Jordan Pickford, Dean Henderson and James Trafford complete the squad.
